4 Tips on collecting better reviews

During the order process
As soon as they have placed an order, you can ask your customers to leave a review directly from your shop. The request is placed in a prominent position, and once completed, the review is immediately available for all to see.
In your customer login area
Your customer has logged in, and the order is on its way. This is the perfect time to ask them to leave a review on the product and/or your service – the process has obviously been problem free so far, and the excitement for their ordered goods is high.
In the order confirmation email
Your customer has trusted you and made a purchase in your shop. Allow your customer the ability to share their experience with other shoppers, and in an email to them include a link to your login area where they can leave a review.
In a follow up email
Several days have passed since sending your customer their goods. Now is a great time to send a follow-up email checking to ensure everything worked well, and inviting them to review if they haven’t done so already.
