Decide what services you want to offer to which markets: Do you want to deliver to certain countries only or limit payment methods for foreign customers? This is easy to do with the regions function of your ePages shop. Find out more about what's possible in the ePages blog.
The country specification is a part of your customers' registration when they place an order in your shop. As shop operator, you can specify in which countries you would like to deliver to. Select the "Country settings" item in the settings menu. Switch to the "Countries" tab. You can now add additional countries or delete existing countries from the list via the drop-down menu.
|Once you have selected all the countries where you want to deliver to, you now sort them by individual regions. Switch to the "Regions" tab in the country settings. Click on one of the preset regions to add individual countries or create a new region first. Important: Each country can only be assigned to one region.|
You can now work with the different regions. Switch to the "Delivery and payment" entry in the "Settings" menu.
If you want to limit individual delivery methods to specific regions or adapt the costs to the associated regions, you can do this on the "Delivery methods" tab. Select the method you wish to edit. On the "General" tab, you can specify for which region the delivery method is offered.
On the "Settings" tab, switch to the delivery method if you would like to specify the delivery costs for the region.
