Commerce Summit 2017 – Call for papers

by Richard Stevenson, 28.02.17

The forthcoming Commerce Summit 2017 in Hamburg, hosted by ePages, is set to be one of the most hotly anticipated ecommerce events in Europe this year.  A community of world leading experts across many disciplines will gather together with online retailers large and small, to share the most cutting edge and disruptive trends, techniques, technologies and news in the commerce space.

As the conference program is being compiled, ePages invites industry experts, partner companies and academics to propose their own speech topics to feature as part of the following education tracks:

  • Keynote speakers – A number of headline grabbing keynotes from industry visionaries.
  • Strategy & trends track – Emerging trends and market developments relevant to competitive edge and keeping apace of consumer expectations.
  • Technology track – Retail technology is evolving rapidly, from cloud infrastructure to apps. Developers from across the ecommerce ecosystem explore and collaborate on developments for today and beyond.
  • Merchant track – Focusing on the priorities of online merchants, we offer best practice sales techniques, store features, and tools to deliver sales success.

From today, we invite papers from potential speakers until 15 April 2017.  Submissions should be made by emailing the Summit team, detailing the suggested topic title and a brief bullet-point synopsis, to press@epages.com.  Please entitle your email “Summit” followed by the relevant “Track” name.

In the coming weeks, we will announce the first confirmed speakers for Keynotes and Tracks, as well as premium sponsorship and media partners.  More details about the event at www.commerce-summit.com.
